If you wish to cancel or reschedule a your lesson, then 24 hours notice needs to be given to the office or the instructor that was allocated to you. If 24 hours is not given, the student may incur a cancellation fee. If the student has pre-paid for lessons, the affordable driving school reserves the right to deduct that full amount for your lesson.
If you arrive late for a lesson, the instructor shall only be able to offer you the remaining lesson time at full cost if he/she has a lesson booked following your lesson. If you are a no show for a lesson, the full amount is payable to affordable driving school.
If the student books their own tests with the dept of transport and gives the wrong date, time or testing centre to booking office, then the full cost of the test is payable to the instructor or if paid on the credit card, then no refund will be given.
If a student needs to cancel a test and has given 48-hour notice, 50% of payment will be non-refundable for admin fees.
You cannot sell or transfer lessons which have been purchased in your name to any other person except for package deals that may be split between family members only.
If for any reason you wish to get a refund and it has been approved by the office manager, then the funds will be returned in the manner they were given. Eg; by credit card or cash. This can take up to 30 days to happen.
All situations will be considered in a fair and individual manner and all decisions will be final from the office manager.
