A learner must bring their valid learner permit or overseas licence to every lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being forfeited with no refund.
Learners must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee deduction. For prepaid lessons, the full cost of the missed session may be forfeited.
On the day of the driving test, it is the learner’s responsibility to bring all required documents as specified by VicRoads. If VicRoads refuses to conduct the test due to missing or incorrect documentation, no refund will be provided.
All lesson packages are prepaid, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Packages are valid for a maximum of six months from the date of purchase. However, package deals may be shared among immediate family members.
If a student arrives late to a lesson, only the remaining time will be used if the instructor has another booking afterward. The full lesson fee still applies.
If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without notice, the full fee will be charged with no refund.
If a student independently books their driving test with VicRoads and provides incorrect information (such as date, time, or location) to the office or instructor, the full test fee will be payable. If paid by credit card, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations of drive tests with at least 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% non-refundable administration fee.
Refunds will only be issued with prior approval from the office manager. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to complete.
All situations will be considered in a fair and individual manner and all decisions will be final from the office manager.
